Matcha Oats with Chocolate Shell
Vanilla Matcha Overnight Oats with Chocolate Shell. Energizing, nourishing, satisfying AND delicious - meet this breakfast dream creation featuring a trio of superstars by @sssssoupsssss🍦🍫
Ingredients
Oats- 40g oats
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp ground flax seeds
- 2 tbsp @vgn_protein vanilla powder
- 1 tsp @jenkimatcha
- Nut mylk of choice (enough to cover)
- 1/2 bar @eatkyoot (flavour of your choice!)
- 1 tsp coconut oil
Directions
- Mix together the oat ingredients and leave to absorb for a few hours or overnight
- Melt the chocolate and coconut oil in a water bath or in the microwave (stir often)
- Drizzle the chocolate over the oats and refrigerate until hardened
- Crack open and enjoy
