Double Chocolate Gooey Brownies
Extra gooey double choc brownies by @dishesbydaisy 🍫
Ingredients
- 1 cup or 3 bars Kyoot Vanilla Quinoa Pops
- 1/2 cup melted coconut oil
- 1 1/8 cup coconut sugar (for better result try to pre-grind it)
- 2 large eggs (flax egg substitute 2x 1tbsp flax seed + 3tbsp water)
- 2 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
Directions
- Preheat oven to 175°C
- Grease an 8” square baking pan and line with parchment paper
- Combine melted coconut oil and coconut sugar together and whisk well for about a minute
- Add the eggs/flax eggs and vanilla; beat another minute
- Sift in flour, cocoa powder and salt
- Gently fold the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until just combined (do not over beat as doing so will affect the texture of your brownies)
- Pour batter into prepared pan
- Top with Kyoot Vanilla Quinoa Pops chocolate chunks
- Bake for 20-25 minutes
- Remove and allow to cool to room temperature
